Fly Me To The Moons

On February 25, 2013, the Moon passed in front of Jupiter and many astronomers and photogrphers saw this feat as an opportunity for some great quality photos. While photographing this occurance, an astrophotographer in Australia saw a plane crossing his shot, and took several still shots. This particular photo gave off the illusion that the shadow of the plane was on the moon, as you see Jupiter and two of its moons in the background. This particular picture was fascinating to me because of the clarity and ease of seeing both the Moon and Jupiter. It also struck me as amazing because of the appearance of the shadow of the plane crossing the Moon's surface; you can also see the trail of fumes left by the plane.
